Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and screenings to identify mental health concerns and determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Develop customized therapy programs that align with clients' specific issues, goals, and progress, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities informed by evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing therapeutic interventions that foster emotional well-being and personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create a cohesive support system that addresses all aspects of a client's mental health.

• Support and educate clients' families throughout the therapeutic process to build a robust support network and enhance the healing experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Flourish Youth and Family Health Services, you will work with a diverse clientele dealing with an array of challenges, including relationship difficulties, family dynamics, trauma, depression, anxiety, and more. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating healing and fostering resilience within individuals and families, ultimately leading to improved emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive yearly salary ranging between USD 120,000 – 140,000 , based on qualifications and experience.

• Sign-on bonus of USD 3,000 for new licensed therapists joining our team.
