Occupational & Public Health Program Manager

Lead enterprise programs that protect employee health, strengthen compliance, and improve organizational readiness across a primary care network. Position Highlights Develop and oversee enterprise occupational and employee health programs Lead employee immunization compliance, tuberculosis screening, occupational exposure management, and return to work processes Manage the Bloodborne Pathogen Program and related OSHA requirements Coordinate communicable disease response, exposure assessments, work restrictions, and public health reporting Oversee Florida SHOTS administration, regulatory documentation, and occupational health vendor relationships Build compliance dashboards, conduct audits, analyze trends, and lead corrective action strategies Partner with Human Resources, Infection Prevention, clinical operations, and public health agencies Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25 percent across Florida clinic locations Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing Five or more years of healthcare experience Three or more years of occupational health, employee health, public health, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, or related healthcare operations experience COHN or COHN S preferred at hire and required within 24 months #J-18808-Ljbffr StaffMed Health Partners
