Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - NYC Territory (NYC)

Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) Primary Activities & Responsibilities: Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites; educate sites on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements. Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources. Ensure sites have operational capabilities to execute the end-to-end treatment journey (onboarding/readiness through ordering workflow execution and steady-state operations). Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites; support product process, operations, and logistics. Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and resolve issues via cross-functional coordination. Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated, compliant site engagement. Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders. Use site metrics/dashboards (as approved) to identify operational improvement opportunities. Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ workflows, resources, and education. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5 years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration). Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem; proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies. Ability to operate effectively in evolving “white space” environments. Strong operational problem-solving and stakeholder coordination. Build customer relationships; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership; cross-functional/matrix collaboration. Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license. Must reside in NYC territory. Preferred: Advanced therapy site activation/readiness and operational support (e.g., cell/gene/radioligand therapies). Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems. Required Skills (as applicable): Account/relationship management, stakeholder engagement, onboarding, site operations, logistics management, product lifecycle, project implementations, collaboration/cross-functional teamwork. Oncology/immunotherapy concepts and cell & gene therapy; messenger RNA; radiopharmaceutical/logistics experience.
