Join the PMC Team Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Overnight Parking Lot Auditor to support hotel self-parking operations. This position monitors overnight parking activity, completes vehicle and revenue audits, maintains accurate records, assists guests, and helps keep the parking facility safe, clean, and organized. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, using computers and parking systems, and remaining alert throughout an overnight shift. What You’ll Do Conduct vehicle counts and audit parking tickets, access records, payments, and operational reports. Compare physical vehicle counts with system records and resolve or report discrepancies. Complete accurate end-of-shift audit and revenue reports. Monitor vehicle activity and help maintain an orderly flow of traffic. Report unauthorized vehicles, parking violations, unusual activity, and equipment problems. Inspect parking areas, entrances, exits, lighting, signs, gates, cameras, and safety equipment. Report accidents, hazards, suspicious activity, and security concerns promptly. Follow all safety, emergency, and incident-reporting procedures without placing yourself or others at risk. Assist guests with parking questions, directions, and concerns. Communicate professionally with guests, hotel personnel, team members, management, and vendors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parking environment. Inspect parking equipment and report debris, damage, lighting problems, or malfunctions. Perform other job-related duties consistent with operational needs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous auditing, parking, hospitality, security, cash-handling, or customer-service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills. Ability to maintain accurate written and electronic records. Basic computer and mobile-application skills. Strong communication and customer-service abilities. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Ability to remain alert and productive throughout an overnight shift. Availability to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Driving Requirement A valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record are required only if driving is an essential function of the assigned position. Physical Requirements and Work Environment This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently move throughout parking lots, garages, and hotel areas.
