This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability, room to grow, and the chance to work alongside leadership that invests in their employees.Why Work Here?Lots of room for growth—the CFO is planning to retire in the next few years, creating a great opportunity to move up.Stable manufacturing company that has been in business for over 50 years.Amazing 15% profit-sharing plan with no employee contribution required.Opportunity to travel if you’re interested, but it’s completely optional.Supportive leadership team that likes to promote from within.Competitive pay, strong benefits, and a collaborative team environment.Responsibilities of the AccountantPrepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.Analyze financial information related to assets, liabilities, and capital.Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations.Review contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation for accuracy.Help with financial reporting, analysis, and other accounting projects as needed.Preferred Qualifications of the AccountantBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Manufacturing accounting experience is preferred.General ledger and month-end close experience.Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.Someone who is eager to learn and grow within the organization.Salary: $65-85k
