The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit. Benefits

- Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
- Coach your RGMs on the "4 Rights" in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
- Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required and maintain a high activity level.
- Understand how customers are viewing your restaurants through scheduled visits and detailed analysis (VOC and CORE).
- Lead product and program rollouts with your RGMs to ensure success.
- Resolve Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations.
- Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers, employees and customers.
- Analyze the financial performance of your area and understand trends.
- 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
- Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional team building capability.
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
- Background checks are run on all management employees
