Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies.
• Expertise in backlog refinement, team coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence for Agile project management.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Additional certifications in Agile methodologies.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as a Developer to contribute to project success.
• Act as a Team Lead to guide and mentor team members.
• Drive Agile practices and methodologies as an Agilist.
