Payment Operations Manager

Monitoring payment methods and ensuring their functionality, the full-time Payment Operations Manager will analyze acceptance rates, manage financial transactions, and assist with the integration of new payment providers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor payment methods, escalate issues, and analyze acceptance rates for decision-making on payment method management Ensure sufficient balance across payment methods for withdrawals and top-ups while analyzing cost structures Report daily and weekly payment activities to the Head of Operations and collaborate with the BI department for data-driven enhancements Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in billing/payments management or a similar role in online payments Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software Strong understanding of online payment technical integrations and systems Intermediate English proficiency, with experience in communication with foreign customers or partners Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
