Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist | Women’s Health | Clinic & Mobile We are looking for a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to help grow our women’s health program. This PRN position begins with approximately 10 to 15 hours per week and offers the opportunity to build into a full-time caseload as patient demand increases. You’ll have the flexibility to provide care in our outpatient clinic, through mobile outpatient visits, or a combination of both. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys autonomy while helping establish and expand a specialized pelvic health program. What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction Develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients on pelvic health, exercise, and lifestyle modifications Document visits using our AI-powered EMR on mobile or desktop Collaborate with referring providers and our rehabilitation team Help grow and develop our pelvic floor service line Qualifications Current Illinois Physical Therapist license (or eligible) Pelvic floor training or experience required Experience treating women’s health and pelvic health conditions Excellent communication and patient education skills Reliable transportation for mobile patient visits What We Offer Flexible PRN scheduling Opportunity to build into a full-time position Clinic-based and mobile outpatient treatment options AI-powered documentation system Independence with the support of a collaborative team Opportunity to help shape and grow a pelvic floor program If you’re passionate about pelvic health and want the flexibility to grow your own caseload while delivering exceptional one-on-one care, we’d love to connect with you.
