Bilingual Social Care Navigator — Medicaid & Community Help
Epicured
Epicured is hiring Social Care Navigators to support New York’s Medicaid Section 1115 Waiver program. You will engage Medicaid members, assess eligibility for Health-Related Social Needs services, and coordinate referrals through Epicured and community partners. This role reports to the VP of Member Experience and suits someone organized, compassionate, and tech-savvy, comfortable with a high-volume virtual contact center environment in NYC. #J-18808-Ljbffr Epicured
