Express Employment LAX is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist for a parts distributor company near LAX servicing military and commercial aerospace industries. The Inside Sales Specialist will be the primary point of contact and "face of the business" for our customers; build and maintain strong relationships and business partners.

Hours: M-F 8A-5P

Pay Rate: $55,000–$70,000 base + year-end bonuses

Job Description for Inside Sales Specialist:

· Manage pricing, orders, quotes, and account details

· Manage your own customer accounts and day-to-day responsibilities

· Follow up consistently with customers and prospects

· Work extensively with Excel spreadsheets and other business information

· Navigate and operate company’s CRM

Requirements for Inside Sales Specialist:

· Comfortable working with Excel and spreadsheets

· Strong follow-through and accountability

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· A sales-oriented mindset and willingness to develop sales skills

· Comfortable with basic math and numbers

· Willingness to learn a specialized industry and business

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

· Interest in building a long-term career with the company
