Job Overview:

• Company: Vanguard Industrial Group.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $36–$40 per hour + $100/day Per Diem (subject to distance requirements).
• Location: Corinne, Utah.
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
• Schedule: 50–60 hours per week (includes 10–20 hours of overtime).
• Project Scope: Industrial Plant.
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Utah Journeyman Electrician License.

The Opportunity:

You will serve as a key technical asset on a high-stakes, long-term industrial plant construction project lasting over a year. This role offers excellent hourly compensation, consistent overtime, and the opportunity to lead field tasks on complex electrical installations.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Install heavy-duty rigid and EMT conduit, cable trays, and raceway systems according to plant layouts.
• Execute intricate motor and control terminations to power advanced industrial machinery.
• Interpret detailed structural blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure precise physical routing.
• Direct small field crews during high-priority tasks to keep project milestones on schedule.
• Champion an elite safety culture by maintaining zero-incident work practices and exceptional site punctuality.
• Partner professionally with third-party contractors and customers to uphold our reputation for excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Utah Journeyman Electrician License.
• Minimum of 6+ years of verified electrical experience within a heavy industrial environment.
• Deep technical proficiency in high-volume wire pulls and heavy cabling systems.
• Proven history of strong work ethic, exceptional punctuality, and job site preparedness.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to smoothly coordinate with diverse field crews.
• Extensive background working on complex manufacturing plants or processing facilities.
• Previous experience managing material tracking or task delegation for small field teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Premium hourly pay ranging from $36 to $40 per hour.
• $100 daily per diem to assist with travel arrangements for qualifying candidates.
• Built-in weekly overtime offering an additional 10 to 20 hours at premium rates.
• Long-term project stability with an estimated duration of over one year.
