About the Role Join Duly Health and Care’s Physical Rehabilitation team in Burr Ridge with clinicians supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Our clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth. In this role you will Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team‑based environment. Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including: 60‑minute initial evaluations 30‑minute follow‑up visits No pressure to double‑book Built‑in documentation time Maintain a predictable full‑time schedule: Monday through Friday; two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM. Support, Growth, and Practice Environment 60‑minute evaluations with no double booking. Built‑in documentation time to support work‑life balance. Qualifications Degree of an accredited physical therapy or occupational therapy curriculum. Certification in Physical/Occupational Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university. The Experiences You Bring Bachelor's Degree in physical therapy or occupational therapy. Current PT or OT license in the state of Illinois. Two or more years of clinical experience. Position Details Full‑Time, 40 hours per week. Must be willing to work two evenings until 8:00pm.
