Job Description Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary Seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, phone-sales environment and are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. You will be responsible for generating new business through cold-calling, dealership leads, and leveraging warm leads from an extensive network.

Compensation Package
- Base Salary : $40,000 - 50,000 annually
- Commission :
- commission on new business
- commission on renewals

- Generate new business through cold-calling, dealership leads, and warm leads from our network.
- Provide quotes for new business across various personal lines, including Home, Auto, Umbrella, and Recreational Lines.
- Utilize multiple systems, including Salesforce, carrier portals, and EPIC, to manage client information and sales processes.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
- Licenses : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience : Open to varying levels of experience; coachability and a willingness to learn are key.
- Technical Skills : Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems (Salesforce, EPIC, carrier portals).
- Sales Skills : Strong phone-sales skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Attributes : Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
