Systems Research, Inc. (SRI) is seeking ambitious, competitive, and coachable recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career in business development, sales, recruiting, and leadership.
This is not a traditional entry-level role. You will learn how to develop business, build client relationships, recruit top talent, negotiate opportunities, and drive revenue while working directly with experienced leaders.

What You'll Do
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Learn B2B sales and business development strategies
• Recruit, interview, and place high-caliber professionals
• Build relationships with executives, hiring managers, and candidates
• Negotiate opportunities and help close deals
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Receive direct mentorship from company leadership

• Recent graduates or professionals with 0-3 years of experience
• Competitive individuals who enjoy winning and achieving goals
