Hospice Services of Massachusetts - Job Title: Hospice CNA Location: Cape Cod Full-time and per diem openings! Weekly pay ranges from $23 to $27 an hour. $2,000 sign-on bonus available!* Company: Hospice Services of Massachusetts Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Hospice CNAs to join our team on Cape Cod! As a Hospice CNA with Hospice Services of Massachusetts, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. Our team is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of our patients and their loved ones. Responsibilities: Perform personal care needs for assigned patients, including bathing, dressing, undressing, and feeding Assist with oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linens as needed Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Provide proper care and observation of the patient's skin to prevent breakdown of tissue over bony prominences Meet the safety needs of the patient and use equipment safely and properly Assist with ambulation and exercise as instructed by the hospice nurse or therapist Provide a normal range of motion and transfers/positioning as directed Offer and assist with bedpans and urinals, and help with light laundry needs Requirements: Active and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant license in Massachusetts At least one (1) year of experience as a CNA Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care *Employment conditions apply Benefits: Competitive and Weekly Pay Holiday Pay for Hourly and Salaried Employees Overtime Pay for Hourly Employees Career Advancement Opportunities Exclusive Employer Discount Program Available for Eligible Team Members: Employer Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Vacation and Personal Time Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
