Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience required
• Experience as an OR nurse in a fast-paced surgical setting preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to adapt to changing case volumes while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to complete standard onboarding and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for patients in the Operating Room
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative support as needed
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiology, and the perioperative team
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Support efficient room turnover and contribute to smooth surgical workflow
• Promote a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional care
