Practice Areas General Liability Business Litigation Personal Injury Construction Law Commercial Litigation Habitability Insurance Defense Professional Liability Premises Liability Product Liability Key Qualifications Three+ years' experience Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, and depositions. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients. The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized & have impeccable communication skills.
