Auto Field Adjuster

As an Auto Field Adjuster you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. This role is utilized as a peer mentor having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have supervisory duties. Qualifications and Requirements Experience in auto damage assessment and proficiency in CCC One estimating software Strong negotiation and time management skills with a customer‑focused approach Analytical Thinking, Auto Collision Repair, Auto Damage Appraisal, Automobile Accidents, CCC ONE, Damage Assessment, Negotiation, Time Management Active insurance license required; must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and not hold any outside appointments during employment. Applicants holding a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team. Compensation Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03 – $39.42/hour Field Adjuster Sr. Cons I: $35.82 – $45.58/hour Field Adjuster Sr. Cons II: $37.98 – $48.08/hour Total compensation for this role may include additional components, such as incentive pay (for example, commission or bonus), if applicable.
