Job Details: Job Title: Step down Registered Nurse Location: Cleveland, OH Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 2445.20 - 2567.46 Schedule: 07:00 - 19:30 (D/N, Rotating) Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: MUST HAVE 18 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for (preferable to be within one location but can be combined). MUST HAVE 18 months of recent Stepdown experience - travel experience will suffice. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND. AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Shift info: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Traveler must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Responsibilities: Provide specialized nursing care in a Stepdown unit for adult patients. Float to units J1-2, J33, and ED to care for similar patient populations when necessary. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards. Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments.
