Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting
• Valid Georgia Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong knowledge of acute hospital procedures and patient advocacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complex cases with sensitivity and professionalism
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in psychiatric or behavioral health units
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Training in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of post-licensure hospital-based social work experience
• Valid Georgia LCSW certification

Other Requirements:

• Availability for shift work from 8 PM to 8 AM, with an 8-week rotating schedule
• Ability to travel for additional reimbursements if required
• Compliance with all state, federal, and local licensing and certification standards
• No local candidates within 50 miles to ensure coverage requirements
