Hiring Range: $250,000 - $300,000 (offers may vary within this range based on experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity considerations). Responsibilities Spend the majority of the workday providing direct patient care. Use support resources such as scribes, office‑based support staff, nurse case managers, social workers and behavioral health support specialists. Participate in a team‑based approach to managing high‑risk patients with nurses, social workers, behavioral health specialists and population health coordinators. Qualifications Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine. Must hold an MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts license.
