Corporate Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience to join its Corporate Finance Division in St. Louis, MO. Duties Engage in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and private equity transactions. Advise on ‘34 Act compliance and reporting. Participate in venture capital and early-stage investment transactions. Contribute to structured finance transactions and investment management representations. Requirements Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in Minnesota. 2-4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, or capital markets transactions. Experience in corporate governance, venture capital transactions, or private offerings preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in Minnesota or eligibility for admission without examination. Skills Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
