Requirements

• STNA certification preferred (if applicable)
• Home Health Aide or personal care experience preferred
• Experience in nursing home, assisted living, or home care settings is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background screening

• Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance in clients' homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide companionship and social engagement

• Follow established care plans and document services provided

Requirements

• STNA certification, HHA certification, or relevant caregiving experience preferred

• Experience in home health, nursing home, or assisted living settings preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and dependable demeanor

• Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to pass background screening requirements
