Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our multidisciplinary cancer care team. This role focuses on optimizing oncology medication therapy, collaborating with physicians and care teams, providing patient education, and ensuring evidence-based treatment plans for inpatient and outpatient oncology patients. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with oncologists to optimize chemotherapy and supportive care. Review and manage oncology treatment plans in accordance with national guidelines. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide clinical recommendations. Educate patients on oral and IV oncology medications. Serve as the oncology pharmacy subject matter expert. Mentor pharmacy residents and students. Qualifications PharmD required. Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required. PGY-2 Oncology Residency preferred, or equivalent oncology experience. Minimum 3 years of hospital oncology pharmacy experience. Strong knowledge of chemotherapy, supportive care, and oncology clinical practice.
