The Event Planning Manager will be responsible for servicing hotel services to group business clients, primarily in Banquet Food, Beverage, AV, and Meeting Room Rental. The manager serves as the liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff and is the on‑site contact responsible for the smooth execution of all events. Responsibilities Serve group business clients with banquet food, beverage, audiovisual, and meeting room rental services. Act as the liaison between meeting planners and hotel staff. Secure client commitment and coordinate with all departments to deliver services as promised. Serve as the on‑site contact to ensure smooth event execution. Qualifications Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in general computer knowledge. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast‑paced environment. Prefer two years of hotel experience or completion of an Event Management Trainee program. Prefer completion of PSS or equivalent training. Benefits Complimentary meals during work hours.
