Assistant Property Manager
Ultimate Staffing
Commercial Real Estate group in West Houston seeks an Assistant Property Manager to join the team. This role will provide support to two Property Managers. This is a permanent opportunity with a fantastic culture. This will be working in office from 8am-5pm, salary range: $52K - $63K + benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly invoices
- Collecting sales reports, insurance, maintenance contracts, rent
- Preparing and sending notices, issuing work orders, obtaining bids
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of administrative support experience, commercial real estate experience a plus, not required
- Able to work with little direction
- Strong attention to detail, strong work ethic overall
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
