Responsibilities

• Perform aeration services for residential and commercial properties following company procedures and safety standards
• Operate and maintain aeration equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition before, during, and after each job
• Inspect work sites to identify aeration needs, obstacles, and access considerations before starting services
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to complete services efficiently and on time
• Set up equipment safely, complete required safety checks, and clean up work areas after each service
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed, expected outcomes, and any recommendations
• Document completed jobs accurately using company forms or digital tools
• Adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and report any hazards or equipment issues to your supervisor
• Assist senior technicians with advanced aeration procedures as needed to support team productivity
• Participate in training opportunities to improve technical skills, industry knowledge, and customer service techniques
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe condition
• Represent Arbor Nomic Inc positively in all customer interactions and community settings

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior aeration experience is not required
• Willingness to learn aeration techniques, equipment operation, and lawn care fundamentals
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying outdoor weather conditions, including lifting equipment and materials
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Effective communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
• Basic recordkeeping skills to accurately document completed services
• Comfort working independently as well as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges and make minor equipment adjustments when appropriate
• Ability to work a full-time, on-site schedule in Norcross and surrounding service areas
