Position Details Position: Resident Assistant Location: Dove Healthcare-1333 Memorial Dr, Barron, WI 54812 Employment Status: Part-Time Shift: NOC: 10:00pm - 6:00am and PM 2:00pm - 10:00pm and 5:00pm - 9:00pm What You'll Do As a Resident Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the daily needs of our residents and helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and at home. Support the daily needs of our residents Provide personal cares with compassion and respect Administer medications as directed and in accordance with applicable regulations Encourage and support resident participation in recreation and facility activities Build meaningful relationships with residents and help create a welcoming, supportive environment What We're Looking For No previous healthcare experience? No problem!
