The facility is designed with the latest technology and resources to facilitate optimal treatment and recovery processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist at Rejuvenate Rehab Studio, you will:Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations tailored specifically for children and adults, identifying individual patient needs and establishing goals.Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, ensuring interventions are both effective and engaging for patients.Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to align with evolving goals, clinical signs, and overall recovery objectives.Document patient care activities and progress efficiently using the company's electronic health record system, including SOAP notes and care plans.Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, effectively communicating the challenges and milestones that may arise.Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care for patients receiving multiple therapeutic services, ensuring a cohesive approach to treatment.Maintain a strong commitment to meeting utilization goals and aligning with the company's quality objectives while championing a culture of respect and professionalism.Patient Population / Client FocusYour role will involve working with a diverse patient population, providing care to individuals spanning various ages, ethnicities, and treatment needs.
