This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure that all machinery operates efficiently and safely.Starting hourly wage between $25.58 to $44.27 based on experience.**Responsibilities*** Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on diesel engines and related systems.* Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, cranes, farm machinery, and tractor-trailers.* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs effectively.* Work with schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical components.* Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.* Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment needs.**Skills*** Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair, including brake repair, transmission work, and air brake systems.* Proficiency in heavy equipment operation and maintenance, including hydraulics, suspension systems, and HVAC systems.* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.* Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform tire service duties as required.* Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on automotive diagnostics.* Candidates must have the ability to get a CDL or possess one already* Strong electrical experience is beneficial for troubleshooting complex systems.* Customer service skills to effectively communicate with teammates about vehicle needs.* Join our dedicated team of professionals where your expertise will contribute to the success of our operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance in diesel mechanics.#CENMonarchMonarch**Average Pay Rate**40## **Benefits and Total Rewards**We believe in rewarding great people with meaningful benefits that support your health, growth, and long term success.### **Part Time Team Members*** Dental insurance* Vision insurance* Paid training* Annual bonus opportunity* Career development opportunities**This job description outlines the general nature and level of responsibilities associated with this position.
