Vaše delo bo obsegalo vzpostavljanje in spremljava SWIFT relacij s tujimi bankami zahtevnejše naloge oddelka in sektorja sodelovanje z vodjo oddelka pri organiziranju in planiranju delovnih procesov ter tehnoloških sprememb zahtevnejša poročanja oddelka načrtovanje in uvajanje novih produktov, storitev in procesov ter dopolnjevanje obstoječih s področja poslovanja izdelava in vzdrževanje delovnih navodil ter drugih dokumentov, potrebnih za delovanje rešitev ter predlaganje sprememb in izboljšav izvajanje domačega, čezmejnega in mednarodnega plačilnega prometa reševanje zahtevnejših reklamacij in priprava odgovorov na reklamacije ter komunikacija s tujimi bankami po naslovi reklamacij izdelava in pošiljanje internih in eksternih poročil kontrola pravilnega delovanja internih programov s kontrolo knjigovodskih evidenc spremljanje zakonodaje in predpisov s področja dela ter njihova implementacija mentorstvo in inštruktorstvo opravljanje drugih sorodnih del in aktivnosti po nalogu nadrejenih Obvezna znanja, izkušnje in kompetence visokošolska strokovna izobrazba ekonomske ali splošne smeri (prva bolonjska) 3 leta delovnih izkušenj znanja s področja računalništva in informatike (MS Office) znanje angleškega jezika za strokovne namene znanja s področja plačilnih sistemov Željena znanja, izkušnje in kompetence poznavanje aktualnih predpisov s področja bančništva in financ pisno poslovno komuniciranje v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku sposobnost dela v skupini Osebnostne lastnosti samostojnost natančnost vztrajnost zanesljivost iniciativnost Nudimo delo za nedoločen čas s šestmesečnim poskusnim delom možnost strokovnega usposabljanja in izobraževanja dinamično delo v varnem in stabilnem delovnem okolju delo bo potekalo na centrali banke v Ljubljani #J-18808-Ljbffr
