ROLE DESCRIPTION: Michael Adelsbach - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, attempting to assist or directing them to the appropriate team member.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
No Evenings or Weekends!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Property and Casualty license Required but can obtain in the first 30 days.
No weekends or Evenings!
Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

About Our Agency
Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Riverside.
Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
We have 60 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
