We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time roles, in a collaborative and modern clinical environment.What You Can Expect* Competitive compensation package with a generous sign-on bonus* Monthly volume bonus based on patient metrics* Quarterly bonus (up to 5% of base salary) tied to patient satisfaction and quality outcomes* Comprehensive benefits starting day one: health, dental, vision, CME allowance and more!* Retirement plans with employer contributions and matching* Relocation assistance (if applicable) and professional liability coverage* Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)* Beautiful, state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and Epic EMR* Supportive staffing model including radiologic technologists, experienced medical assistants, and advanced practitioners* Part of one of the fastest-growing urgent care networks in the countryWhat We’re Looking For* Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds* Active state medical license* Post-residency clinical experience in a family medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care setting.* Experience treating patients across all age groups* Proficiency in minor procedures such as suturing and splinting, and in reading EKGs and X-rays* Strong communication and listening skills* Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providersThis role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a modern, integrated healthcare environment, with room for professional growth and development.**Interested in learning more or scheduling a tour?
