Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries, orders, quotes, and product availability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with fabricators, contractors, builders, designers, and other trade customers.
• Follow up on quotes, leads, and inactive accounts to generate sales.
• Recommend quartz and stone products based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and operations teams to ensure orders are completed accurately.
• Maintain customer information and sales activity in the company system.
• Meet sales targets and help grow repeat business.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Existing customer relationships or industry contacts are a strong plus.
• Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• We are looking for someone who can bring experience, relationships, and proven sales ability—not simply process incoming orders.
