School Psychologists play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting positive outcomes for students and will possess strong assessment and intervention skills. Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional functioning. Interpret assessment results to identify students' strengths and areas of need. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop intervention strategies and support plans. Provide individual and group counseling to address students' social and emotional needs. Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and make recommendations. Requirements: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program. Valid Arizona state license or certification as a School Psychologist. Experience working in a school setting is preferred. Ability to pass a criminal background check and provide professional references. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dedication to supporting the academic and social-emotional development of students.
