Position Summary:

As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. You'll play a central role in building trust with local medical professionals, guiding community outreach, and helping your clinic run smoothly. You'll open and grow a brand-new practice with Ivy's established business systems, and direct guidance from experienced clinic leaders. As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you'll help shape a new clinic from the ground up-from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You'll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise, and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic.

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.

• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.

• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.

• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.

Position Qualifications:

• You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.

• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity.

• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
