What We Are Looking For SAC Health is seeking a passionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Norton Clinic in San Bernardino. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who thrives in a community health, FQHC, or integrated care setting and is passionate about serving patients with complex medical, behavioral health, and social needs. The Clinical Psychologist will support students and behavioral health integrated care clinicians as part of the Behavioral Health Integration program providing brief psychosocial assessment and intervention in the medical clinics as part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM Location: Norton Clinic | San Bernardino, CA What You'll Do Deliver evidence-based psychosocial assessments and interventions in the provision of traditional psychotherapy. May provide supervision or clinical services as part of the Behavioral HealthIntegrated Care team for patients in the medical clinics who present with chronichealth challenges, mental health symptoms, or who may be at risk for mental health related issues. Uses motivational enhancement strategies to improve patientengagement in healthcare treatment plans. Provide culturally sensitive psychoeducation to ensure fair and equal care to allclients in the development of appropriate service plans and referral and linkages tointernal and external resources based on individual/family needs. May facilitate as a group leader for one of the health education groups provided withinthe behavioral health department and/or Addiction Recovery Clinic. May provide clinical supervision for licensure-track clinical staff. Provide behavioral health-related crisis intervention services as needed. If this sounds like you, it’s because You Belong Here! Join the team at SAC Health! Qualifications: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program. Completion of an APA-accredited internship . Current California Psychologist License issued by the California Board of Psychology is required. 2+ years of clinical experience is required . Experience in community health, FQHCs, Federally Qualified Health Centers, or integrated behavioral health is highly valued. Experience working in a multidisciplinary medical setting is preferred. Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus. Trauma-informed clinical experience and orientation are preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification.
