Quality Control Associate Job Location: Woodland, California Job Type:Temp to Hire Pay Rate:$19.50-$20/hour (Guaranteed four hours of overtime each shift) Schedule: MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE - Sunday-Monday; 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm (Three 12-hour shifts per week, scheduled monthly, with two days off between shifts). Benefits: Health Insurance Work Location:In Person Description of Position:Our client is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious professional to support daily production operations. This role involves producing, processing, inspecting, and packaging finished products while maintaining quality standards and following established operating procedures.The ideal candidate is comfortable working around industrial machinery, paying close attention to product quality, maintaining accurate production records, and keeping the work area clean and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work and takes pride in producing quality products safely and efficiently. Job Responsibilities:Maintaining all records pertinent and necessary to a successful production run including quality control and production control recordsPackaging and processing of all finished products in compliance with normal procedures and standardsRemoval of finished products from production area to staging or storage areas designated in storage yard, warehouse or other departmentsOperation of all equipment related to obtaining, packaging, processing, weighing, and storage finished productsWeighing and processing of all sub-standard products generated by a production runAssist with train operators in the operation of all equipment related to obtaining, packaging, processing, weighing, and storing finished productsAdhere to the required Standard Operating Procedures of the positionAttend all required training, including operations, safety, completion of Forklift Inspections and all other requirements as assigned and directedConsistently perform work in a safe and efficient manner with relation to machinery and co-workers at all times. Adhere to and follow all safety rules and safe work methodsMaintain a clean, orderly area at all times and return supplies and equipment to assigned locationsAny and all tasks, duties and assignments as directed by the Management team Description of Company:You will be supporting a well-established manufacturer in Woodland, California. Experience Required:Ability to assess products for Quality ComplianceMust wear and maintain in good condition Required Personal Protective Equipment ("PPE")Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift or push weights up to fifty (50) pounds for prolonged periods of time during assigned work shift.
