Depot location is moving later in 2026 to: 600 Griffin Brook Drive, Methuen, Massachusetts

• Compensation:
  • $31.50 per hour + $5.00 Weekend Warrior Pay +Shift Differential + OT + Quarterly Bonus up to $5200/yr
  • $3,000 Sign On Bonus (ask for details)
  • Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs

• Available Shift(s):
  • 1 job opening, Depot will go with 1 or the other schedule long-term, to be discussed with the driver candidate/s.
  • 3/13s, Saturday - Monday, Start Time - 1:00 AM EST, 1 hotel / overnight Saturday into Sunday, Weekend Warrior shift
  • 3/13s, Saturday - Monday, Start Time - 1:00 PM EST, 1 hotel / overnight Saturday into Sunday, Weekend Warrior shift

• Local Routes with 1 overnight/hotel stay per week Saturday into Sunday.

Primary Job Accountabilities:

WhatYou'llDo:

• As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you willoperatean automatic straight truck (12,000-20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe,accuratedeliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safelyconnecttotruck hoses tocustomeroiltanksto load/unload cooking oil
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safetystandard.

Education, Requirements & Competencies:

MinimumRequirements:

• Mustbe at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
• Bilingual
• Comfortable using hand tools andperformingbasic troubleshooting

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): LimitedMVRmoving violationsorPSP report violations.
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph
• Drug & Alcohol Compliance: This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. Please be advised, a positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants; including marijuana (THC), even if it is legal under state or local law. Additionally, Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
