Job Summary

Support the accurate and controlled movement of inventory, from receiving and quality checking deliveries through storage, distribution, and replenishment. This night-shift role maintains reliable inventory records and stock levels while following departmental procedures and the ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive, log, quality check, store, and distribute deliveries from the loading bay
• Maintain organized inventory and rotate stock in the appropriate date order
• Record stock movements and material issues accurately using inventory control systems
• Monitor stock levels, place timely orders, and follow up on outstanding purchase orders
• Analyze inventory reports and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate with project managers, setup managers, suppliers, Purchasing, Finance, and other internal customers to resolve stock-related issues
• Prepare intercompany shipments and provide Logistics with the required shipment details and documentation
• Complete cycle counts, daily and weekly reporting, inventory dispositions, and internal material requisitions

What We Are Looking For

• 2-3 years of related experience
• Good PC skills, including Excel and Word
• Ability to operate inventory control systems and other systems used to process stock
• Ability to drive fork trucks and secure applicable certification
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

• Ability to prioritize orders and inventory activities while accounting for supplier lead times and short-dated materials

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $31,200.00 - $64,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
