Role Description The Attorney will provide comprehensive legal representation to clients, with a focus on personal injury and work comp related areas of law. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents, and offering clear legal advice and guidance. The role involves negotiating settlements, representing clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings, and maintaining consistent, professional communication with clients and opposing counsel. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Denver, CO, requiring regular collaboration with firm colleagues and staff to support high-quality client service. Qualifications Strong foundation in Colorado Law, with demonstrated experience in Personal Injury Law. Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice, supported by thorough Research. Effective Negotiation skills for resolving disputes and achieving favorable outcomes. Active license to practice law in Colorado, in good standing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and advocacy. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities. Commitment to professional ethics, integrity, and client-centered service. Prior law firm or litigation experience is preferred.
