Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Escrow Assistant – Level 1 to support our Escrow Officers with residential & resale and refinance real estate transactions. This is an early-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the escrow industry. What You’ll Do Open new escrow files and enter data into escrow software Order preliminary title reports, payoffs, and HOA statements Prepare opening packages and assist buyer and sellers with any questions Review returned escrow packages for completeness Package loan documents for funding and recording Maintain organized and compliant escrow files What We’re Looking For Have 12 plus months of escrow software experience, RBJ/GreenFolders &/or Qualia experience helpful 12–18 months of consecutive and recent escrow experience preferred with processing of loan documents Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment for multiple escrow units and learning new tasks Professional communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Why Join Us?
