This hospital-employed role provides immediate access to a busy practice with strong clinical support and efficient OR operations. Physicians will work in a modern, state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology, including robotic surgery capabilities. The practice emphasizes quality patient care over RVU pressure, creating a more sustainable and rewarding clinical environment. With a predictable weekday schedule and manageable call responsibilities, this position supports both professional growth and work-life balance. • 126-bed full-service hospital with advanced care capabilities

• Join team of 3 surgeons with experienced clinical support 
• In-house anesthesia and CRNA coverage 
• Da Vinci Xi robot with 5 ORs and 1 minor room 
• Busy practice with strong system support 
• System-leading OR turnaround times 
• Monday-Friday clinic schedule, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 
• Call: 6 days per month, 24-hour coverage, one hospital 
• Additional call opportunities for extra compensation
