Hospice Registered Nurse

PRN RN - Hospice Nurse (Arlington, Mansfield, and Surrounding Areas)Concho Hearts Hospice is built on the belief that talent can be taught, but passion cannot. Our team is made up of people who truly care, and we're looking for nurses who want to make a real difference in the lives of patients and families.What You'll DoProvide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients and families.Complete routine visits, recerts, and IDT notes, with opportunities to assist with admissions and on-call shifts when available.Collaborate with the hospice team and actively participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings every other week.Maintain accurate, same-day charting with a provided tablet.Travel within Arlington, Mansfield, and Surrounding Areas.What We're Looking ForCurrent RN license in Texas.Hospice or home health experience preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Reliable transportation and comfort with travel across the service area.Most importantly: a passion for providing meaningful care at the end of life.What We OfferAbove-average per-visit pay.Hourly pay for administrative tasks.Mileage reimbursement.Additional compensation for on-call shifts.Opportunities for growth into full-time positions.At Concho Hearts Hospice, you'll be part of a supportive team that values compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.
