Outside Sales Representative – HireQuest | San Antonio, TX

HireQuest is actively seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in San Antonio. This is a true field sales role focused on hunting new business, prospecting, and closing accounts within the light industrial, construction, and general labor staffing space.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, in-person visits, and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in construction, industrial, and warehouse environments
• Identify client staffing needs and present tailored workforce solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing accounts
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful placements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience preferred
• Strong hunter mentality with a focus on new business acquisition
• Comfortable with high-volume prospecting and face-to-face client interactions
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Mileage reimbursement or car allowance (if applicable)
