Outside Sales Representative – HireQuest | San Antonio, TX
HireQuest is actively seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in San Antonio. This is a true field sales role focused on hunting new business, prospecting, and closing accounts within the light industrial, construction, and general labor staffing space.
If you thrive on building relationships, winning new clients, and controlling your income through performance, this is a strong opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, in-person visits, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in construction, industrial, and warehouse environments
- Identify client staffing needs and present tailored workforce solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing accounts
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience preferred
- Strong hunter mentality with a focus on new business acquisition
- Comfortable with high-volume prospecting and face-to-face client interactions
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000
- Uncapped commission structure
- Mileage reimbursement or car allowance (if applicable)
