Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Facility: Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation Location: Lake City, Florida Shift: Full-Time Pay Rate: $34 per hour About The Role Join a team where your work truly makes an impact. You’ll work alongside a dedicated rehabilitation and clinical team committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities Individualized Care & Treatment Support: Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team to implement personalized treatment plans designed around each resident’s goals and needs. Restoring Independence: Help residents improve their ability to perform daily activities, regain functional skills, and achieve greater independence and quality of life. Hands-On Therapeutic Care: Provide skilled assistance during therapy sessions to support recovery from illness, injury, or other health challenges. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring resident information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in accordance with regulatory standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care and achieve positive resident outcomes.
