Are you an experienced ICU nurse looking for your next adventure? Do you excel in high-pressure environments and have a passion for providing critical care? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their ICU team in a dynamic and rewarding travel position.

As a vital member of the ICU team, you will provide exceptional care to patients aged 16 and up in a 14-bed unit. Your expertise will be crucial in managing a diverse patient population, including those with sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, vascular issues, strokes, and those requiring ventilator and tracheostomy care. You will also have the opportunity to work with advanced equipment such as Impellas, IABP, and CRRT (Prismax). Flexibility is key, as you may occasionally float to PCU or Med/Surg units.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; CCRN preferred
• Need 1 year experience in setting
