As an Appointment Setter, you will: Engage directly with homeowners in their communities and introduce the benefits of solar energy. Build rapport and establish trust through professional, face-to-face conversations. Identify customer needs and determine their interest in solar solutions. Generate qualified appointments for our Solar Sales Closers. Maintain a high level of daily activity to maximize customer outreach and opportunities. Represent Next Door Solar with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity. Continuously develop your communication and sales skills through real-world customer interactions. What We're Looking For

Passionate about helping homeowners learn about renewable energy solutions. Coachable and eager to learn and grow in a sales career. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
