What You'll Do

• Develop, test, and maintain CNC machining programs for complex tooling components.
• Create efficient machining strategies and tool paths that maximize quality and productivity.
• Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications.
• Optimize programs to improve cycle times and reduce waste.
• Support first-piece inspections and troubleshoot machining issues.
• Partner with tooling designers and engineers to bring new projects to life.
• Maintain setup sheets, tooling lists, and revision controls.
• Contribute to a culture focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

✔ Associate degree in machining, manufacturing technology, or equivalent experience.

✔ 3–5 years of CNC programming experience.

✔ Experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/CAM software.

✔ Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.

✔ Ability to prioritize work and solve problems independently.

✔ Familiarity with CNC controls and manufacturing processes.

⭐ Experience in mold manufacturing, plastics, or thermoforming.

⭐ 3-axis and 5-axis programming experience.

⭐ Additional CAD experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
